The overall vibe within the building is very positive and upbeat, which helps make going to work easier.

Cons

Almost every position that was moving up in the company was "Seasonal"; therefore, you could be put right back down where you started at any time.

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
