Pros

Can wear comfortable clothes, other workers are friendly, and 30% discounts but not on sale items.

Cons

Very little training and only getting a few hours every other week. It’s hard to get good at anything when you only get 4-8 hours every two weeks.

You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
