      Pros

      My friends always tell me how lucky I am to have what I have here, and I believe it. Great pay, great benefits, positive & supportive work environment, good work/life balance, and actual growth & opportunities.

      Cons

      Nothing particularly significant or unique to LBrands. Business has gotten tough which caused people to get a little more competitive in a less than positive way, but nothing you can really do about that.

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
