      LBrands has its struggles in the market - which provided a lot of insight into interesting strategies and new ideas. My department had a great culture and everyone across the enterprise was passionate about what they do and helpful. Benefits are incredible.

      Of course with VS struggling in the market there’s added stress and nervousness

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
