When you've been with the company for less than a year, and your boss has been in role for a year and a half and SEVEN different people have LEFT the company or have moved to different roles in less than a years time, there's something wrong. Mind you, seven people left during MY time there, NINE for the boss' total tenure there. These weren't just people who were not performing poorly, either. Some of the employees had been with the company 4-8 years. Worked their way up, some of them.
