      Very fun teams and work environment. Flexible work schedules and options for work from home. Great low level leadership, and growth opportunities. Get free product and 40% off full price merch. Lovely office space (in NY).

      Cons

      Out of touch leadership (Les) that needs a refresh. Most of the employees I know don't agree with his outdated vision and are eager for new, younger talent to revitalize the company visions.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
