      Lbrands has done a lot since I've been here to create benefits and work environments that are reasonable for it's employees. They help you work towards progressing your career and offer ample resources to evolve and learn.

      Cons

      Working on the tech side there is a lack of maturity that will come with time as the company learns and grows.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
