      Pros

      Good pay working in NYC with 2 years of prior experience. Working team is relatively young compared to other companies I've worked for. Private jet to and from Columbus, OH is GREAT perk. 40% employee discount is nice. Able to make impact right away despite fast-paced quality world.

      Cons

      Leadership used to be very old-school thinking. That is improving with new CEO and ways of working becoming more flexible with COVID-19 pandemic.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
