      Good leaning and exposure to technologies

      Cons

      If you are not someone likes to nod head and blindly follow management trust me it is not place for you. Very challenging to work with such people and HR policy support senior people working in company for decades. Not employee friendly and too much of corporate politics.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
