      No pros. Unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and worked to the bone (with generally no idea what you’re even supposed to be doing!)

      Poor management, no growth, negative work environment, NOT WORTH IT.

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
