      Loved what I did, great team environment, generally inclusive, love what they do for the community, lots of volunteer activities

      Cons

      Leaders play favorites and more qualified hard workers are low on the totem pole while the masters of getting other people to do their work and are in it for personal gain rise

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
