      great discount and employee events. great scope of ownership & responsibility, accountability

      Cons

      very high work expectations, manager would keep me at office until 10pm at night. I would go to gym and have to go back to the office and have my dinner there. I have never worked this hard and long at a retailer. Monday "night" meetings, that were required by leadership started at 4 and went until 8pm often, with lots of follow up work coming out of them. Just not worth it

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
