      The best part of working here is that facility is nice and they pay well. People generally want you to succeed if you put in the time and effort. The people and quality of leadership vary from category to category.

      Cons

      The cons are that the environment is stressful and the work life balance is not great. Promotions additionally come very rarely

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
