      Only pros is discount and customer relations.

      Cons

      No clear expectations, next to no training for managers, if you are not in the "click" you are forced out regardless of how well you perform your job and increase overall sales and customers satisfaction. Zero talent development on any level...would never recommend this company for any inspiring managers looking to enhance their careers

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
