      Pros

      Competitive pay and unbeatable benefits. Full health, dental, vision, insurance plus 401k, legal insurance, 4months maternity leave. Plus 4 weeks pto a year. Benefits are just unmatched.

      Cons

      The stress is unreal. You’re constantly given unrealistic goals and then reprimanded when you cannot meet them. The stress of this job literally put me in a psychiatric hospital for a week. But it’s hard to leave because your not going to find a job at this level with better compensation.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
