      Decent pay, no drug test, occasional product freebies, some opportunities for advancement, work from home option since Covid, decent people to work with.

      Cons

      Temp to hire, mandatory overtime, extremely stressful job taking multiple chats/emails/calls back to back, chat forced to take up to 4 chats at a time, poor leadership consideration for employees

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
