      Company is very large, but the founder still runs the company. He takes decisions personally and typically tries to do the right thing. Shareholder value is key, but there is an awareness that employees make it happen.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
