      Employees get a 30% discount on merchandise, flexible schedules

      Cons

      Company set unrealistic sales expectations– for example when you're behind the cash register they still expect you to sell $100/hr. They also let go all seasonal employees after the end of the semi-annual sale at the beginning of the summer shortly after hiring when the job posting was for the whole summer.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
