Pros
Most immediate teams work together very well, smart and talented people are hired, associates do a great job communicating with each other across functions and teams. Since the company moves fast with fashion trends, there are opportunities to learn and develop new skills. It can be a great company to work for, and building relationships is very important.
Cons
If your immediate leader is not connected and favored, it is difficult to be developed and promoted. Many amazing associates go to other companies to be valued and move up the ladder, some return as leaders after being promoted elsewhere. Every year there is an associate opinion survey, to say that it was done, but action plans for changes in response to the results are never followed up on.
