      Flexible hours, coolest management and coworkers I've ever had, alright pay if you're able to work a lot.

      Cons

      Horrible customer base, company itself doesn't do so great taking care of the locations, hard, but average retail labor.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
