      Pros

      It was a fun environment to work in and there was great opportunities for growth within the company. Most managers, on the store levels, were understanding and encouraging. I always felt that they wanted me to succeed and move far in the company. I rarely felt stressed about making my goals or when there were last minute floor changes that needed to be done. Amazing benefits if you're a full time position.

      Cons

      Upper management, mostly corporate, forgets that their lowly employees do have families and are college students, so from time to time they will make you work Thanksgiving and Christmas eve because you have to prep for the day after those holidays.

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
