      Pros

      internal growth potential, great training ground around leadership and managerial skills, fair pay for management positions, flexible hours, challenging, fast pace, never the same day twice. Sales associates will find more hours based on performance in selling skills and ability to process shipment and visuals quickly.

      Cons

      minimum wage for sales associates, hours and shifts available constantly changing, payroll can be cut drastically or added last minute. Need total availability.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
