      Pros

      The perks (benefits, company outings, discounts etc) are pretty great. Depending on the shift, you'll work with some great people too.

      Cons

      You'd better be content with the title you were hired for, because unless your superior really likes you, you will not be moving up no matter how hard you work. The culture leaves a lot to be desired in other aspects too. Providing a tax break is worth more than hard work, and management is pulled from recent college graduates.

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
