      Amount of PTO given to core employees each year

      Cons

      You will apply for one role and be given a different one, then be told you chose the latter. They lie about anything to get you to do what they want. If you want to talk with management, they will avoid you. Their "open door policy" is non-existent. You get asked by seasonals why you aren't happy about 'having' a job. I've been cheated out of my fair opportunity enough to not care anymore.

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
