      Pros

      It is a really great company to work for. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed working the over night shift.

      Cons

      Some of the struggles I had was getting along with the management, they would pass over the jobs that they did not want to do. When the store had a bug change we were there for about 12 hours. It was intense but we tried to work as a team and get the job done.

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
