      I enjoyed working at LBrands and loved the fast pace culture. They do great at giving back to the community.

      Cons

      It is a very fast pace environment and things are always changing. If you don't like change this may not be the best fit for you.

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
