Great place to work, for the most part - Retail Sales Associate L Brands Employee Review

I worked at two stores owned and operated by Limited Brands (Victoria's Secret PINK and White Barn Candle Company). PINK had an extremely experienced management team. They were super organized and always pushed their employees to provide the best possible. I definitely enjoyed the time I worked there. On the other hand, White Barn was a little different. I started working there when the store first opened at the shopping mall near me.The first store manager was very experienced and so willing to help her team succeed. After she left to open a store at a different location, the management suffered. Their management skills were mediocre, and the staff suffered after our first manager left.
