      The senior management teams seems to be pointing the companies in the right direction. Large organization with lots of jobs. Discount is good.

      Cons

      The company is very frugal. Middle management roles are often filled with people who may be good at their jobs but are not effective or motivating managers.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
