      Les Wexner is a wise and insightful leader / merchant with the right balance of entrepreneurial risk taking and focus on operational excellence. They have rightly embraced 'speed' as the key to current and future success.

      Cons

      Not sure that the organization will thrive post Wexner... His involvement and leadership continues to be integral to the company's success.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
