      Pros

      They pay you well that's a given. The brands are strong and leaders in their field so there's the built in benefit with both the customer and future employers...there is a halo effect.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance is not good. Quality of life living in Columbus is not for everyone...it's a quiet/small town and expensive for what you get in return. The company lacks in role clarity and ability to move forward effectively. They get mired down in a desire for consensus and alignment....we gotta move here people!

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
