      People are top notch. Great opportunity to work with and learn from the best in the industry.

      Be prepared to work. It's a challenging work environment----some thrive in it, others do not. If you enjoy being part of a great team and working hard, then it's great. If you expect to punch the clock and work 40 hours a week, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
