      Benefits are good, and the salary is on a high scale but the risk isn't worth the payout.

      Cons

      Dishonest high level employees, bad moral, lies and coverups on the regular. Get ready to work like a dog and take the blame for others mistakes. Oh and they dislike when people try to do the right thing and stick up for themselves.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
