      Pros

      A lot of opportunities within Finance amongst their many brands and functions. The pay is competitive. Generally a good culture and good work/life balance.

      Cons

      There are no Bonuses for anyone below Manager level. It's disappointing to watch others receive bonuses while you don't. Business can be volatile, as is the case with many retail companies.

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
