      Pros

      Fun atmosphere, great discount. Flexible work scheduling as I was on the retail side of the company. Great co-workers as well!

      Cons

      The "on-call" shifts which the company has now done away with thankfully. They ruined your day as you wouldn't know until 2 hrs before whether you were working the shift or not.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
