      Great company to work for beautiful product, great leaders, and smart partners to support.

      Cons

      Incentive program shifted extremely to the sales team, but not generating results expected. It could be the dollar getting stronger and decrease in tourism.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
