      Job stability High quality of associates Senior Management provides Associate Opinion Surveys Name and Brand recognition Employee Discount Training programs are being developed

      Company is making money but not sharing it with associates who do the work Associate Opinion Surveys aren't always acted upon No time provided for training and development Work/Life balance is talked about but hours are long. Managers often leave for the day while their subordinates stay and do the work.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
