Pros

Managers are good to work for. Associates are generally very tenured and follows it's company values.

Cons

Upward mobility can be limited as leadership is slow to make decisions. Generally have to move to non-ideal shifts to be promoted.

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
