      Pros

      Very professional procedure to recruit people. they make you feel like you joined a great company, they provided good training using their system.

      Cons

      Not clear what their goals are. very confusing how they are organized at the Border with mexico imports. We signed a 6 month contract and they replaced me within 2 months, and after weeks my ex boss was replaced as well. its all very unclear on what they want

      Pros

      I loved working at L&M. It's definitely a family atmosphere. People really care about each other. There is flexibility to allow for family needs. It is a nice casual workplace. Great Christmas party!

      Cons

      Their technology could be more up to date. But, other than that, I really can't think of anything to mention.
