Pros
Great pay for technical skillsets. Unlimited PTO. WFH when you can. Benefits won't break the bank. Always work to be done with varying level of challenges and opportunities
Cons
Company spends a TON of time and money on internal virtue-signaling. If it's related to race, orientation or pander-du-joir, it's on the internal headlines. Maybe they should recognize the WORK that people do and NOT what they look like or who they identify as. Recruitment sucks. The career process doesn't even indicate when someone applies so referrals are a waste of time. As a previous job-seeker, THE WORST thing that can happen is you apply somewhere and ....nothing. nada. 0 communication. They can do better in this area. Very very topheavy management. Too many chiefs - almost as many as indians (euphemism there)
