Pros
Unfortunately, there are none to list considering all the layoffs and firings that occurred in the spring.
Cons
Leadership lies to all their employees to benefit only themselves and the stakeholders. In May, leadership told IT, on very short notice, that the majority of IT were going to get terminated and forced to work at Accenture & if you didn't go, it would've been treated as a willful resignation, which was quite the opposite; a forced resignation/firing. There is no company loyalty whatsoever. It's all about greed with leadership lining their pockets on the backs of all those that did all the hard work. They also told everyone that was fired how 'excited' they were that this was happening on multiple occasions. Leadership has gutted most of IT, forcing them into consulting and forced to support the place that fired them. Leadership knew about this for a year before they let most of IT go with hardly any notice to prevent many from looking for a better job elsewhere. This was purposely planned so that they could still somehow 'own' these employees they got rid of. Corporate greed played a major role in this decision that will come back to haunt them.
