      Some cool colleagues but most everyone is pretty burnt and looking for a way out, like me.

      Cons

      Management and HR don’t listen to employees. Crazy turnover and burnout. So much paperwork and rules. They all about looking good to the outside but inside its a mess.

      HR surveillance is kind of intense for the role Low pay (even if it's competitive for the field - it's still not good) Zero WFH flexibility The nature of the work is difficult - changing landscape, huge responsibility and heavy emotional labor
