Pros

Less than 10 % of employees are overworked (i.e more than 8 hrs/day to accomplish daily tasks). Customer service is the one area where employees put in long hours (>8) per day to accomplish their daily tasks. This is very little travel for employees unless they are part of the next SAP implentation or part of senior management.

Cons

Wage freezes for 2009 and personnel reductions continuing since 2008. Sales are down and planned production outages are scheduled to compensate during the economic downturn. More and more responsibilites are being moved to the German parent which further reduces security oan moral of US based employees.

Great Pay, Friendly Peers and very professional environment

Cons

Everything is need to know. Way too siloed! Culture says to take ownership, but without being able to improve a process. Takes too longer to be recognized and promoted, unless your supervisor is willing fight for you or take on the extra work in replacing you.
