Pros
Easy work. Weekends off. Relaxed atmosphere. Lax with urine screening.
Cons
Upper management claims they give out regular yearly raises, but that’s a lie. They will lie to clients and insist they are paying customer service reps and maintenance guys $14.50+ an hour, meanwhile they pay minimum wage or just a little more, then pocket the rest. General management/operations are inept and unprofessional - important things are left to the wayside until they become unavoidable problems, there’s never any urgency to fix equipment issues, there’s rarely any discipline for bad employee behavior - leaving low level employees to deal with irate clients. Never mind bonuses for being labeled essential workers, we didn’t even get any protective equipment from LAZ during the entire pandemic! No upward mobility, and anyone who actually does ascend to management typically quits within a couple years out of abject disgust.
