Compensation is decent and many good people at the community level.
Cons
Regionals are awful and do not provide support. Turnover is significant. With over 25 locations the longest tenured Executive Director has only been with the company for less than 3 years. Only 3 Regional Directors and none are helpful or supportive in any meaningful way. Information during the pandemic continues to be disjointed and confusing and questions go unanswered for weeks and months. Zero home office support during the pandemic under the guise of not wanting additional people in the building but it was clear that most were and still are afraid to come into buildings because of coronavirus. All happy safely at home while staffing was extremely desperate. A lot of unrealistic policies and plans put in place so that upper management can say they gave guidance but they then go back door and off the record tell you to do something different. There are much better companies out there. This one has unrealistic expectations.
