Definitely a learning experience. LEAD has a great mission and is accomplishing in Newark. Great staff and professional development opportunities. Appreciation of staff is apparent.

Cons

Health benefits can improve but as with every small organization that is a work in progress.

Pros

The students and staff are absolutely wonderful to work with! If you are looking to be part of an extended family, career opportunities, and a place where you will receive the right support from the administration, then you found your new home. It is incredible that the administration is very receptive to constructive feedback from the staff.

Cons

Sometimes too many changes, but it comes with the territory.
