      It’s a job that makes you feel good about what you’re doing and knowing you’re helping the kids .

      Cons

      A lot of turnover. Different rules from different supervisors/centers. Non consistent schedule/paycheck

      Pros

      Working at the school has set hours and days, lots of the people you work with are wonderful, the kids are fantastic, the work you do is so much fun if you enjoy working in this field, it is a very fulfilling job, you know you're making a difference in these children's lives

      Cons

      The unpaid breaks, holidays and days off can make it hard to budget
