RBT at Learn Behavioral - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician LEARN Behavioral Employee Review

I’ve been working here for about a year. I feel supported, like my supervisors go above and beyond to make sure that I have the materials and training that I need to be supported in my role. They are very good at ensuring all my supervision hours are met. I know my supervisors truly care about my success, as well as my client’s, and that means a lot to me. I started off part time and now have a full time schedule. If you are dedicated and dependable and prove yourself over the first few months, it shouldn’t be too hard to get more hours later on.
