      The only pro is flexibility if you set boundaries with what work you can take on

      Cons

      Low pay, high demand for cases being pushed into you, constantly upping the “odd jobs” and requirements needed that do not have anything to do with being a bcba

      Pros

      Working at the school has set hours and days, lots of the people you work with are wonderful, the kids are fantastic, the work you do is so much fun if you enjoy working in this field, it is a very fulfilling job, you know you're making a difference in these children's lives

      The unpaid breaks, holidays and days off can make it hard to budget
