If you enjoy working with kiddos on the Spectrum, you will love this career field and working for this company. If you have what it takes to promote the wellbeing of kids and encourage them to recognize what potential they have within them, this is the place for you. It is also a great work environment where many coworkers support you and your kiddo in their success.

Cons

You have to be mentally prepared to be there for your client everyday, 5 days a week, regardless of what is going on at home because they do pick up if there is something going on and it will cause the to act out. Highly recommended for folks who are looking to grow their knowledge in ABA, but not for those who are juggling multiple life issues, school, and working with kids on the Spectrum.
