      Air conditioned (in some parts of plant), cafeteria for all three shifts, easy work, on-site fitness center.

      Cons

      Management/worker disconnect, mind-numbing labor, little chance for advancement, not interested in investing in employees, management not interested in ideas from workers, a "good enough" attitude pervasive.
